CRL Services, LLC was formed in the fall of October 1995, to purchase the service division of C.R. Lewis Co., Inc. C.R. Lewis had been an established business since the late 1940’s. The intent of forming this organization was to continue the services and support for the commercial building owners and managers in Alaska.

CRL Services is considered one of the largest Full Mechanical Service Contractors in the state. We have over 20 technicians available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Their specialties are repair and replacement, new installations, and design build of heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems.

CRL Services will design and manage a comprehensive heating, venting and air conditioning (HVAC) maintenance program. This program will accommodate a bi-monthly, quarterly or full coverage service. Our sales staff is available at anytime for a free consultation of the different programs available with any associated cost. CRL Services presently maintains over 120 commercial sites in Alaska.

CRL Services has added to our company services since we originated. We have formed a group to provide an indoor air quality (IAQ) division. The services available are air monitoring, particulate sampling and testing, as well as the cleaning of the complete HVAC system. The cleaning performed adheres to strict guidelines prepared by the National Air Duct Cleaning Association (NADCA) of which CRL Services is a member.

The most recent additions to CRL Services are the lighting division and building HVAC automated controls. We have acquired our licenses to perform this work through out the state. These divisions were formed to perform building audits and provide equitable solutions for energy savings to building owners and managers.
